Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your CleanShift subscription at any time through the billing portal at pay.kamyab.co.in or by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 845 409 4444. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier.


2. Refund Policy for Subscriptions

Monthly plans: No refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions.

Annual plans: A prorated refund is available if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.


3. Usage Credits (Non-Refundable)

Usage credits do not roll over between billing cycles. Once compute resources have been consumed, purchased credits are non-refundable.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

Duplicate charges or issues caused by SLA-failing bugs will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under exceptional circumstances, please reach out to our support team.
